1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 64baji platform and any associated services. In these Terms, "64baji", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to 64baji and its operating entity. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any individual registered on or using the platform.

By accessing the 64baji website or mobile platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

64baji reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified as early as reasonably possible of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration and Use

2.1 Registration Requirements

The following conditions must be met to open an account with 64baji:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each individual may operate only one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any accumulated funds may be forfeited.
• The account must be used solely for personal purposes — playing on behalf of a third party or using a third party's funds is prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility. We strongly recommend not sharing your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately. 64baji is not liable for any misuse of your account by third parties.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

64baji may request identity verification (Know Your Customer) at any time when required. This may include copies of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.

3 Age Requirements

64baji services are for individuals aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or accessing the platform in any way.

If we confirm that a user is under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately suspended and all transactions will be deemed void. Whether any deposited funds are returned in such a case will be determined subject to legal review.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods at 64baji are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact our support team.

• Deposits must be made only from your own personal payment method.
• Depositing from a third party's account is prohibited, and any such transaction detected may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• 64baji strongly discourages gambling with credit card or loan funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. The following conditions must be met before withdrawing:

1. Account verification must be completed.
2. The wagering requirement of any active bonus must have been fulfilled.
3. The withdrawal method must be the same as the deposit method (to prevent money laundering).

If any suspicious activity is detected, 64baji reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal request and require additional verification.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳8,000 at 200% on their first deposit. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will receive a ৳2,000 bonus (total ৳3,000); a deposit of ৳10,000 will receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 (total ৳18,000).

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must place total bets equal to the bonus amount multiplied by 25 before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• One account is eligible for one welcome bonus.
• The bonus must be used within a specified time period from the date it is received (the expiry date is stated on the bonus details page).
• 64baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts will be considered fraudulent activity and both accounts may be closed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings obtained after fulfilling the wagering requirement may be withdrawn.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

All betting and gaming activities on 64baji are governed by the following general rules:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• 64baji reserves the right to void any winnings issued unintentionally due to a system error or technical fault.
• The result of any game as recorded by the game software is considered final.
• The maximum stake for a bet varies by game and category — the limits stated within each game apply.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (including the FIFA World Cup), and other sporting events is governed by applicable rules. If a match is cancelled or postponed, a separate policy applies to the affected bets, which is detailed on the betting page.
